FLLL32 (FLLL-32; FLLL 32)是一种姜黄素小分子类似物，是JAK2/STAT3 的抑制剂，IC50 < 5 μM。FLLL32可有效抑制MDA-MB-231乳腺癌和PANC-1胰腺癌细胞中STAT3的磷酸化及DNA结合活性，但不影响正常人乳腺上皮细胞或人胰腺导管上皮细胞中STAT3的磷酸化。FLLL32可显著降低各种癌细胞活力，诱导癌细胞凋亡，具有有效的抗肿瘤活性。
