Enzastaurin是PKCβ选择性抑制剂，其IC50值为6 nmol/L，目前也认为PKC激活与肿瘤细胞的增殖和凋亡有关。Enzastaurin能显著抑制HCT116结肠癌生长，并呈时间依赖性地抑制组织中的GSK3βSer9磷酸化，具有抗肿瘤的活性。
