Procaine hydrochloride (Novocaine HCl; Procaine HCl)，又称盐酸普鲁卡因、盐酸普罗卡因、盐酸奴佛卡因、盐酸奴呋卡因或盐酸奴夫卡因，是局部麻醉药，临床上主要用于浸润、脊椎及传导麻醉。盐酸普鲁卡因是一种Na ⁺通道阻滞剂，IC₅₀为60 μM。盐酸普鲁卡因也是DNA脱甲基化剂，结合CpG富集的DNA，使密集的高甲基化CpG序列脱甲基，导致表观遗传学上沉默的基因恢复基因表达。
